Lion's Leadership Roar
On the sun-baked savanna, where grasses wave gold, Lived Leo the Lion, brave, strong, and bold. His pride faced a storm, with thunder's wild cry, Rivers ran rampant, under a darkening sky. The cubs huddled close, the elders looked grim, "Who'll lead us to safety? The flood's closing in!" Leo stepped forward, mane fluffy and grand, "With heart as my compass, I'll guide paw in hand."
Rain lashed like whips, the path turned to mire, Leo roared soft, "Together, not higher. Listen and learn, share the load as we go— Leadership lifts when we help those we know." A cub slipped in mud, with a whimper so small, Leo paused to encourage, "You've strength for it all. One paw at a time, with me by your side— We'll cross this together, no need to hide."
Hyenas cackled from bushes so dark, Snarling and snapping, a treacherous spark. The pride froze in fear, tails tucked low and tight, Leo stood tall, eyes gleaming bright. "No snarls can stop us if we stand as one pride— Lead with your courage, let fear take no ride." He circled the young, a protective ring tight, Together they passed, into the safe night.
The elders grew weary, paws aching with load, Leo shared stories from the pride's ancient code. "Listen to wisdom, the old and the wise— Leadership listens, with open-heart eyes. Share every burden, celebrate every win, Guide not with roars, but with kindness within." The storm started fading, a rainbow's soft arc, The pride marched united, lighting the dark.
A river roared wild, swollen and deep, The pride eyed the rush, with a worried peep. Leo scouted the shallows, found stones in a line, "Follow my lead— one at a time, paw in line. Encourage the next, lend a trunk if they slip— Leadership's lifting, a communal grip." They crossed without loss, tails held high in cheer, Together they triumphed, drawing ever near.
A cub wandered off, in the thickets so dense, The pride called in panic, hearts full of suspense. Leo stayed calm, ears tuned to the breeze, "Search with your senses, not haste if you please. Leadership leads, but it listens with care— We'll find our lost one, I promise, I swear." They fanned out smart, and soon heard a mew, The cub safe and sound— the pride pulling through.
The hills rose at last, with caves dry and high, The pride settled safe, under Africa's sky. Leo gathered them close, mane ruffled with pride, "We led with our hearts, side by roaring side. Leadership's not in the crown or the throne— It's courage and kindness, in the seeds that we've sown." The cubs roared soft, echoing his wise call, Together forever— standing proud, standing tall.
From that day onward, the pride grew so strong, With leaders like Leo, where all could belong. He taught them to roar not for power or might, But to guide with compassion, through day and through night. Leadership's legacy, whispered on wind, Is heart leading heart, where the brave ones begin. In savanna's vast song, let your roar ring true— Lead with your love, and the world follows you.
As sun dipped to rest in the west's fiery glow, Leo dreamed deep of the journeys they'd know. More storms to face, more cubs to inspire— A lion of leadership, heart full of fire!
